Children’s Safeguarding Unit
Two Administrative Assistants are required to assist the Safeguarding Administrative Manager in maintaining an efficient and effective administrative service supporting Safeguarding and Cared for Children services within the Children’s Safeguarding Unit.
The key aspect of this role is to take the minutes at Child Protection Conferences and Cared for Children Reviews as well as other administrative tasks.
The successful candidate should be educated to OCR or RSA II (or equivalent) Typing / Text Word Processing and, NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in a business related discipline, and have a good general education. Experience in a similar role covering a broad range of support tasks and procedures is also essential.

Salary – Band 4 (£21,407 - £22,817)
